Russia's security service says it has arrested a suspect after a security alert at Moscow's Tsaritsyno park.

Drone strikes have cut power in northern Sudan, while exit polls put Acting President Iliana Yotova ahead in Bulgaria's presidential runoff.

1️⃣ 🇺🇦 🇷🇺 Strikes hit Ukrainian power network: Russian strikes left hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian households without power across four regions, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said. A regional governor reported significant damage to an industrial facility in Russia's Nizhny Novgorod region after a Ukrainian drone attack.

2️⃣ 🇮🇱 Election officials defend Israeli vote: Israel's election chief said foreign interference suspicions would not undermine the parliamentary result, even if substantiated. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud party has alleged that Arab parties stole the vote without providing evidence.

3️⃣ 🇦🇪 🇮🇷 Gulf states brace for renewed war: UAE presidential adviser Anwar Gargash said Gulf countries remained braced for renewed conflict while hoping mediation efforts would succeed. Speaking at a conference in Bahrain, he said the region had failed to act collectively and that rebuilding trust with Iran would take an extremely long time.

4️⃣ 🇸🇩 Drone strikes cut Sudanese power: Drone strikes hit substations in Al-Dabbah and Abu Hamad, cutting power in parts of northern Sudan and threatening hospital services, water supplies and farming. The Emergency Lawyers rights group blamed the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces for the attacks.

5️⃣ 🇧🇬 Yotova leads presidential runoff: Exit polls put Acting President Iliana Yotova ahead in Bulgaria's presidential runoff with 52% of the vote, compared with challenger Andrey Gyurov's 45%. Backed by Prime Minister Rumen Radev's party, she has advocated negotiations with Russia to end the war in Ukraine.

🇷🇺 🇺🇸 Russia arrests suspect after US park warning

Russia's security service announced a minor's arrest over an alleged threat against Moscow's Tsaritsyno museum and park, Russian media reported.

The US embassy had warned of a mass casualty threat and said it was coordinating with Russian authorities.

The FSB said the suspect posted TikTok photos with an object resembling an automatic weapon.

The park reopened after being closed and evacuated the previous evening.

2️⃣ 🇸🇦 🇷🇺 OPEC+ holds December output targets: Seven core OPEC+ members agreed to keep December oil production targets unchanged as the Iran war continued to disrupt exports. The wider group meets on 29 November, when analysts expect decisions on 2027 quotas, with most Gulf members still producing below their targets.
