The supplying country, quantity and delivery date were not disclosed, with Ukraine facing shortages of the interceptors used against ballistic missiles.

🇩🇰🇷🇺 Denmark warns of Russian attacks

Denmark's Defence Intelligence Service warned of a low but growing risk that Russia could launch a limited military attack on a NATO country in the coming months.

Its new assessment outlined possible long-range strikes against infrastructure supporting Ukraine or a limited incursion into a neighbouring country involving small numbers of troops.

The service also expected more severe hybrid attacks, including destructive cyberattacks and sabotage carrying a risk of significant casualties.

It said such operations could divert European resources away from Ukraine and deepen divisions if NATO failed to respond collectively.

A full-scale Russian invasion of a NATO country remained highly unlikely, although the intelligence service did not rule it out.

3️⃣ 🇺🇸 Banned reporters return to White House: CNN, MS NOW and Politico journalists regained access to the White House after a federal judge ordered President Donald Trump's administration to lift its ban. Reporters had initially still been turned away despite the ruling, prompting the outlets to seek an emergency follow-up hearing before they were allowed back in.

4️⃣ 🇵🇸🇺🇳 UN details Gaza's reconstruction needs: A new UN trade body report put Gaza's recovery and reconstruction needs at an estimated $71.5bn, warning that the figure was likely to rise. It said 92% of economic establishments had been damaged or destroyed and more than 90% of the working-age population was unemployed, calling for large-scale international assistance.

5️⃣ 🇺🇸🇺🇦 US funds return of Ukrainian children: The US State Department earmarked $27m to help identify, return and reintegrate Ukrainian children forcibly deported to Russia, officials announced at the UN General Assembly. A $12m grant is being processed, while another $15m has been authorised for an implementing organisation to receive later this year.
